Terms of use

These terms apply when you use AI Stock Trend Terminal, operated by DC AI SOLUTIONS (003831091-H). By creating an account or using the terminal you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
• Keep your password private. An account is for one person and may not be shared.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

Plans and payment

• Plans are prepaid for the period shown on the Premium page (for example monthly or yearly) and are paid through FPX online banking via Billplz.
• Plans are never renewed or charged automatically.
• Payments are non-refundable once made. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Each plan includes a daily limit on AI analyses, shown on the Premium page.
• We may change prices for future periods; this never affects a period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

• Use the terminal for your own research only.
• Do not copy, resell or republish the AI analysis or data in bulk, or use automated tools to scrape the terminal.
• Do not try to get around daily limits, access controls or security measures.

Content and ownership

The terminal's software, design and written content belong to us or our licensors. Market data belongs to its providers and is shown under their terms.

No advice and limited liability

The terminal provides information only, as explained in the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses or for decisions made using the terminal, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan period.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
