Privacy policy

This policy explains how DC AI SOLUTIONS (003831091-H) ("we") handles your personal data when you use AI Stock Trend Terminal, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Account details: email address and password (stored only as a one-way bcrypt hash).
• Profile details you give us: full name, phone number, address, and whether you are an existing M+ Global client (with your client code if you provide it).
• Usage: the stocks you analyse and save as favourites, and the time and IP address of logins and analyses (used for security and to enforce daily limits).
• Payments: plan, amount, reference and status. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.

Why we use it

• To run your account, deliver the features you pay for and send the watchlist digest you sign up for.
• To process payments and keep records required by law.
• To keep the service secure, for example by blocking repeated failed logins.
• To answer your questions. If you tell us you are interested in an M+ Global trading account, Dexter Chia may contact you about it; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that run the terminal:

• Billplz (payment processing).
• Google Workspace (sending email).
• DigitalOcean (hosting, in Singapore).
• Anthropic (AI analysis). Only the stock symbol and market data are sent, never your name or contact details.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It expires after 15 minutes of inactivity. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Payment records are kept for seven years as required for tax and accounting. Database backups, kept on our own servers with access restricted, are deleted after 14 days.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email inquiry@dexterchia.com and we will respond within 21 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date on this page, and tell members by email when the change is significant.
